("HackerTrail", "Company", "we", "us" or "Owner"), a Company registered in Singapore with its business address at 100 Peck Seah Street, #08-14, S079333. This Privacy Policy describes HackerTrail’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the services, websites, and applications offered by HackerTrail (the "Services"). From time to time, we may receive requests from government authorities or law enforcement agencies for access to Personal Data. We take these requests seriously and handle them through documented internal processes designed to protect user privacy while complying with applicable law.

Centralized intake: requests are routed to government@hackertrail.com for review and validation.

We retain your information while your account is active or as reasonably needed for the purposes set out above, unless you request removal. We may retain Personal Data after account deactivation to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Access, Updating or Deleting your Data

Data are processed and stored on servers based in Singapore. By using the Services you consent to transfer and storage in Singapore; local laws may differ from your country of residence.
